Complaint Handling Procedure
MWT Handles all complaints on a case by case basis. As an ISO 9000 compliant company, each complaint triggers the initiation of a Preventive and Corrective Action Report (PCAR). This PCAR is reviewed by both management and operations, and findings are recorded.
Complaints may be initiated by any user. Contact MWT Materials either by e-mail or by fax at (973) 860-0406. Each Accusorb device carries a serialized ID tag. Please include the serial number of the product you are contacting us about.
Should a recall or notification be necessary, all distributors will be notified of the products that were delivered to them, including item descriptions and date of shipment, and the relevant notification requirements.
